So, I manged to start out pretty good. Been watching what I eat more. I still have a big appetite and have felt sluggish. Probably because I’m eating a little bit healthier and not all the junk. My biggest complaint for the week is breads. I have a hard time staying away from breads. I need to also get back in to the habit of drinking more water. It’s crazy how the body adjusts when your making changes. Even if they’re small ones.
I’ve said I’m going to just start small. Cut my calorie intake and shoot for 3-5 pounds a week. Don’t want to set goals just yet although I do have a few in mind that I may share later on.
