  • I work out 4-5 times a week with Personal Trainer Ryan Spiteri @ Garage Muscle LLC Gym in Madison Heights
  • 2 days a week I’m Lap Swimming @ Fraser High School (Fraser Aquatics)
  • Using my Polar Loop & H6 Heart Rate Monitor to help with tracking calories burned by body movement and to keep track of steps
  • Tracking on MyFitnessPal Website
  • Staying positive, being happy with what I’m doing.
  • Water, Water, Water,  Gallon+ a day
