Real quick post. I’ve done my Monthly Weigh In and the results are in. First I want to again thank the team over at Personal Trainer Food. This program is proving big results for me while on my NSNG Lifestyle. Now I’m on to a 2nd month and we’ll see just how far I can take this journey. Total months weight loss: 44.3lbs
Overall Weight loss: 44.3lbs
So yeah I’ve dropped 44lbs in a month and well on to hitting some serious goals in 2016
